1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please log in to your account or contact our customer support team immediately at kapildevgoyal@gmail.com or 9814877883 with your Order ID.
  • Refund for Cancellation: If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. It will then be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for items that meet the criteria below. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

A. Conditions for a Valid Return:

We will only accept returns or offer a refund/replacement under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged in Transit: You received a product that was physically damaged during shipping.
  2. Incorrect Item: You received a different product from what you ordered (e.g., wrong model, wrong brand).
  3. Defective Product (DOA): The product you received was “Dead on Arrival” and does not function out of the box.

B. Conditions for ALL Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions MUST be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, and with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including the brand’s box, manuals, accessories, and any freebies.
  • You must have the original invoice or proof of purchase.

C. Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Any product that is returned after the 7-day window.
  • Products that have been used, tampered with, or show signs of wear.
  • Products with broken seals, missing original packaging, or missing accessories.
  • Any software, digital products, or items where the serial number does not match our records.
  • Returns for “change of mind” or if you “disliked the product” after opening/using it.

D. The Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, you MUST contact us at kapildevgoyal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Evidence: Please include your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and mandatory clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  3. Return Approval: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets all return conditions.
  5. Refund/Replacement: If the inspection is successful, we will process your replacement. Replacement products will be delivered within [5-7] business days.

E. Important Note on Manufacturer’s Warranty:

As a trader, kapil.cloud does not provide any warranty on products. All items (Laptops, Printers, Keyboards, etc.) are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

After our 7-day return window has passed, all service and support requests for product defects must be directed to the respective manufacturer’s authorized service center. We will be happy to provide you with the invoice and support you in finding the nearest service center.
