Everything is baked fresh! Please allow [1-2 business days] for us to prepare and bake your order before it is dispatched. For custom cakes or large orders, please allow [3-5 business days].

We process orders on [Monday - Saturday].

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

 

    • Local Delivery: We use a local delivery service to ensure your order arrives fresh. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our bakery.

    • Standard Shipping: For non-perishable items, we use trusted courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

We offer Free Shipping on orders over ₹1,500

3. Delivery Time

    • Local Delivery: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered the same day or next day. You can select your preferred delivery slot at checkout (if this feature is available).

    • Standard Shipping: Please allow [3-5 business days] for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched.

4. Important: Receiving Your Order

This is critical for perishable goods.

    • Recipient Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order at the specified time. Our products are perishable and cannot be left unattended at a doorstep.

    • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures or product spoilage due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

    • Refused Delivery: If the recipient refuses the delivery, the order is considered fulfilled, and no refund will be provided.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available) so you can follow its journey.

6. Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy for instructions on how to proceed. You must contact us with photos within 4 hours of receiving the delivery.
